One fee, everything in writing
The fee is calculated after actual platform commissions and payment-processing fees. Operating expenses stay with the owner, and any setup charge is written into your proposal before we start. There's no income or occupancy guarantee, because we won't promise what isn't in our hands.

We look at the apartment and the area, tell you honestly what it suits, and write your proposal.
Photos & listing
We photograph the apartment, build the listing and launch it on the platforms and our own site.
Pricing & guests
Daily pricing and availability, guest messages, check-in and handover.
Operations & reporting
Cleaning, laundry, maintenance and utilities, with a financial report every month.
