- The full price for your dates before you pay: nightly rate, stay discount, and any cleaning or extra-guest fee.
- Dates are checked against the apartment's live calendar. If they can't be confirmed, we say so.
- The exact address is shared once your booking is confirmed.
- Clear house rules: no smoking, no parties, quiet hours, and ID at check-in.
